Judo 2010 European ChampionshipsJoão Pina (Portugal) and Batradz Kaimazov (Russia) fought the -73kg men final at the Judo 2010 European Championships in Vienna.
The Portuguese judoka won 1-0, in a very good combat, clean, no penalties, and with a very good time strategy from his part. Congratulations!

As we spoke previously, I see blog writing a bit like any other activity (karate for you, bycicle for me): the first 6 months are the hardest because it requires discipline to break through the setting in of a new “habit”.
